Hello! I'm Jeremy Ammons and I am excited to be teaching the connections math class this school year.  After serving 9 years in the U.S. Air Force I returned to school to finish my degree.  Though I have a Bachelor of Science in history I have always found math to be one of my favorite subjects and similar to history in that both require analysis and critical thinking.  My goal in the classroom is to meet students where they are and build a solid foundation and understanding of content to ensure continued student success.  This will be my second year at Northside Middle where I taught 6th grade math last year.  Prior to coming to Northside I worked in another county where I taught both 7th grade math and 8th grade Georgia studies.  I look forward to working with each and every student this coming school year!
