Hello! My name's Mr. Nelson and I teach Art at NMS. This is my first year here at NMS and I'm very excited to share this experience with everyone. A little bit about me:

I grew up in and out of Warner Robins and a large chunk of my family is around the area.

 I graduated with a Bachelors in Art Education and Ceramics from the University of West Georgia and have been doing art professionally for 4 years. 

I have two years of experience teaching art to various grade levels through various programs such as the Boy Scouts, and this marks my first year of teaching art in Houston County.

I'm always striving to create new opportunities for my students to succeed and show off their artistic skills and development regardless of their art experiences. Together we can make some amazing art and do some awesome things together. I look forward to seeing your students in my classroom!
