My name is Neandra Thomas, and I take pride in my profession and the success of my students. I have a kind nature, and I take satisfaction in my students' accomplishments. I create a welcoming environment where my students can learn and feel comfortable to freely voice their thoughts and exchange ideas with their peers. It is very valuable to nurture the minds of the future, and I do my best to develop a curriculum that supports and propels my students in all aspects of their academic lives. To ensure that my students succeed, I go above and beyond. I view data as a very important tool because it is objective, essential to my progress as a professional, and can gives me a glimpse of my students' needs. I analyze the data and consider my instruction to better serve my students and improve my overall effectiveness.
